If you are looking for phenomenal customer service and guaranteed satisfaction then look no further than IMM kahului. Kai up front went above and beyond to insure everything I wanted was exactly the way I wanted. He took his time to look up and calculate every part I was excited to add to my 2016 4 runner. Thank you so much Kai and the mechanics at IMM for taking such good care of me there. I'll be back with the rest of my fleet.

I ran over a screw on my way to work. Took my truck in and asked if anything could be done and how long. They took my truck in immediately and said an hour less. Perfect timing for me. 15 minutes later they came back and said the screw didn't penatrate all the way thru and all was good. No charge! Mahalo IMM! I'll definitely be coming back soon for all my IMM needs.

I'm in the jeep business and have done many builds. I can honestly say these guys are top notch! Their work was spot on and the customer service was crazy good!!!! I bought my truck from them and love the lift rims and tires they had on it. Super solid set up so I know I can go anywhere I have to and the truck will handle. They really go above and beyond to make sure the trucks are done right and the customer is happy at the end of the day.
